Responsibilities for Makeup
We decided to put me in charge of providing all of the makeup necessary for this shoot as I have a lot of experience with makeup and am very passionate about it in general, I also know a lot about SFX makeup and have taken a short course on prosthetics.
I am in charge of buying;
- Fake Blood
Regular FX blood
FX scab blood (my favourite)
Stubble Sponge (for scuffed scratchy blood application)
- Latex Prosthetic Cut
(forgive the gory photo)
- Adhesive for Prosthetic
(Spirit Gum is notoriously loved by makeup artists as it is very easy to work with and remove, and cheap!)
- Any neutral toned eyeshadow palettes & brushes that I already own - to add some dirt or dried blood on her face
